By downloading, installing, or using the Guess the Celeb mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Guess the Celeb is a mobile game application that allows users to:
- Play celebrity guessing games
- Earn virtual coins and rewards
- Unlock game packs and new levels
- Track progress and achievements
- Participate in leaderboards
User Accounts
The App does not require account creation, sign-in, or registration. You may use the App without any registration. Optional features such as a leaderboard nickname do not require authentication.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use automated systems to access the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
In-App Purchases
- Virtual currency: The App includes virtual coins that can be purchased with real money
- Purchase process: Purchases are processed solely through Google Play or the App Store, subject to those platforms' terms
- No refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice
- Currency: Virtual coins have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money
Intellectual Property
- App content: All content in the App, including but not limited to images, text, and game mechanics, is owned by us or licensed to us
- Celebrity images: Celebrity images in the App are sourced from public sources on the internet. We respect copyright and use images for educational and entertainment purposes only. If you hold copyright to a specific image and wish to have it removed, please contact us
- User content: The App does not include user-generated content
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
Privacy

Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Business interruption

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Termination
- Your rights: You may stop using the App at any time

- Terms updates: We may change these Terms at any time
- Notice: We will notify you of material changes through the App or other means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

Age Requirements
The App is suitable for all ages and there are no age restrictions for use. If you are under 13, please obtain your parent or guardian's permission before using the App.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
These Terms of Service are effective as of the date stated above and will remain in effect until modified or terminated.
